VitalCare & Rosie by Vitalcare

Vitalcare, a leading organisation offering nurse call and aged care technology, required a marketing strategy to help them manage multiple brands targeting multiple audiences and support the release of a new product to the market.

To build their marketing strategy we recommended our marketing strategy service and assigned two of our healthcare growth marketing specialist, Ellie and Kelly to complete the strategy. With findings from an employee survey and three hour marketing workshop, we had a thorough understanding of their business and growth requirements. From here, we completed market research, persona creation, messaging development and channel analysis, we identified the marketing strategies that would drive their business forward and help them stand out in the marketplace.
