How We Solve The Common Marketing Problems
Marketing Strategy
A marketing strategy is vital. We learn about your dental practice so we can develop a tailored marketing strategy that will help you acquire new patients and retain existing patients.
Website
Most patients meet you here, long before their first appointment. Your website should reflect your practice’s culture and values, showing you’re accessible, capable and responsive. Your practice needs to also provide a great patient experience. We help you improve the online patient experience with educational content on your site, dentist BIOs and an after-hours booking system.
Content Creation
Content marketing is a powerful educational tool that establishes your credibility with prospective patients and helps position your practice as the best in the area. We write on behalf of your dentists, interview them for the health facts and craft this into a patient-friendly article. Our content expresses your personality and complies with industry standards. We offer a range of content options from ebooks, patient brochures, infographics, video, emails (EDMs) and blog articles. Our healthcare copywriter, Beth, has years of experiencing writing health-related articles.
Tech Stack
The right tech stack can help advance your practice and marketing efforts. We give you access to the world’s leading technology and marketing programs to automate, systemise and excel your patient-marketing campaigns.
SEO
SEO is a carefully planned, ongoing activity that helps your website rank highly on search engines. After all, if Google doesn’t love you, your ideal patients can’t find you. And with so many dental practices available in the local area, you need to be at the top of Google to increase your local marketshare.
Social Media
Many of your patients are on social media making it a highly effective marketing tool. We can target prospective patients right down to a specific location. We use social media channels to tell your audience dental-related stories, educate them around health services, share topical health news, show your personality and the people behind your practice and as a communications tool.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising
Facebook ads are a great way to educate more patients about a dental topic or promote your dentists to your local community. Even if you don't have a HUGE advertising budget, our job is to use it the right way. You'll increase patient bookings almost instantly with our paid media campaigns. Google ads are great for capturing the patient when they are in the exact moment of looking for your services.
Acquisition and Retention Strategies
We spark interest in your practice from prospective patients or old ones who’ve drifted away through acquisition and retention activities. Acquisition marketing drives people to your practice and retention nurtures patients once they've had their first initial consult so they continue to return. Whether it's promoting a national dental event and inviting patients for a consult or promoting your dentists' special interests, acquisition and retention are highly effective in achieving your marketing goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
You’ll likely have some questions so we’ve compiled a list of FAQs. Feel free to call or email us with your questions if they are not on the list.
We are not always the cheapest but that’s a reflection on the quality, effort and experience we add to your marketing activities.
The cost of our marketing services is dependant on the type of service you engage. Our SEO and content services range from $1,000 upwards. Paid campaigns include a set up budget anywhere between $900 – $2,500 depending on complexity and have an ongoing monthly budget < $700 month. Ad click-costs are additional to these prices and paid directly to Google, Facebook or the ad channel we select.
Our acquisition and retention packages are part of our Splice Growth Marketing package. These services are priced at a few thousand per month as we manage all of your marketing activities and continually optimise and improve on your campaigns to get you consistent results.
Best to give us a call if you want specific pricing and we can also work out a great marketing program that aligns with your marketing budget.
*All prices are ex GST.
At the start of our marketing partnership, a few video or phone meetings are required so that we can really get to know you, your patients and what you value.
We do prefer you to sign off on all marketing activities so allocating an hour of approval time over a month is sufficient.
At the end of the month, we deliver a monthly report for SEO, acquisition and paid activities. These report meetings typically require an hour of your time.
We’ve outlined the minimal time investment required but if you want more involvement, we love that.
Success can look like many things to many people.
We discuss what success looks like to you during the consultation phase (before you become a client of Splice) and recap again during the onboarding phase.
Each month, we measure the impact that our marketing is having on your practice and how it aligns with your original metric of success.
We cannot always promise instant results. In fact, our approach is about implementing marketing tactics that will get you a steady and consistent growth which means predicability and scalability in the long term.
We become your marketing advisors and marketing team.
We apply our years of healthcare marketing expertise to get you the best results. We identify patient insights, uncover unique strategies from data-insights and craft you an effective marketing program.
